Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini; medium dice
- 2 tsp sage; minced
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese; shredded or grated
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large saute pan.
- Add zucchini.
- Season.
- When zucchini is caramelized and tender, add cheese while tossing zucchini and serve.
- Alternatively, top zucchini with cheese and throw saute pan under the broiler very briefly until cheese melts.
