Ingredients
- 1/2 Zucchini
- 50 grams Bacon (block)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 150 grams Tomato sauce
- 20 grams Cheese (block)
- 100 grams Pasta
Instructions
- Thoroughly saute the zucchini (cut into 1 cm slices) and bacon in olive oil.
- Sprinkle the zucchini with salt and pepper (not listed).
- Once the zucchini has become tender, add about a ladle full of tomato sauce.
- Add a bit of the pasta cooking water as well.
- Add cheese, and then mix in the cooked pasta.
- Arrange the dish attractively and it's done!
