Ingredients
- 1 medium sized zucchini
- 34 cup diced celery
- 12 lb ground beef
- 14 cup diced onion
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 14 cup margarine
- salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Peel and dice zucchini and put in skillet with margarine.
- Add celery and onion.
- Cook over medium heat.
- Fry ground beef in separate skillet until no longer pink.
- Drain off drippings.
- Add meat to other ingredients.
- Add tomatoes and seasonings to taste.
- Simmer to 45 minutes.
