Zucchini(Courgette)-Onion Saute

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• minced
• 1 medium zucchini
• sliced thin
• 12 large onion
• sliced thin

Instructions

1. heat olive oil in heavy skillet.
2. add garlic and saute until starting to brown.
3. add in zucchini and onions and turn frequently until browned thoroughly.
4. Serve as is or season to taste with salt an pepper.
