Ingredients
- 2 jalapenos
- finely minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 (4 ounce) cangreen diced chilies
- 14 cup sliced black olives ((or more)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 14-12 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 (9 ounce) bag spinach
- chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- drained chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Mix all but 1/2c shredded cheese blend.
- Bake in 8 by 10 dish at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top and bake additional 10 minutes.
