Ziploc Omelets

Ingredients

• 2 large eggs
• 1 x meat any your favorite kind
• as needed
• 1 x mixed vegetables as needed
• 1 x cheese as needed
• 1 x hash brown potatoes as needed
• 1 x salsa as needed

Instructions

1. Place a Ziploc Freezer Bag (Quart size).
2. Put 2 Eggs in the bag, shake to combine (no more than 2 eggs).
3. Add Ingredients: Meat, Vegetables, Cheeses, Hashbrowns, Salsa, etc.
4. Let air out of the bag.
5. Place in a pot of rolling boiling water for 13 minutes.
6. Can cook up to 6 to 8 bags in a large pot at time.
7. Remove and open bags, then omelets will roll out.
