Ingredients
- 6 cups Caramel Corn (store Bought Or Homemade)
- 4 ounces
- weight White Chocolate
- Melted
- 4 ounces
- weight Dark Chocolate
- Melted
Instructions
- Spread caramel corn in a single layer on a large sheet pan.
- In a microwave safe bowl, gently melt the white chocolate (heat it for 30 seconds at a time and stir between each additional 30 second increment).
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn.
- In another microwave safe bowl, gently melt the dark chocolate as instructed above.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn.
- Allow the melted chocolate to set before serving.
- Have plenty of napkins on hand!
