Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 red onions
- 200 grams bacon
- 100 grams Butter
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 Sweet paprika
- 1 parsley
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into bite size pieces pieces and put them to boil.
- When they are boiling let them another 10 minutes.
- They should not be boiled completly.
- Meanwhile, cut the onions julienne and cut the bacon in strips.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and put the onion and bacon.
- Fry them for 10 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
- Add the boiled potatoes and mix them with the onions and bacon.
- Let them fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add parsley to garnish!
