Blend oreo biscuit packet with cream into powder form add cream cheese and shape into balls( or desired shape if you have the patience, this is a messy process but worth it) and freeze for 15 mins
Using double boiler system melt bitter and white chocolate separately
Beat melted chocolate well without any lumps and dip truffle balls and spoon it out with a fork tap slightly to shed the dripping chocolate and place in parchment or waxing paper and freeze for 10 mins
Tastes awesome directly from fridge or eat it 10 mins after removing from fridge
Cream cheese can be substituted with nutella or peanut butter and chocolate coating is upto ur creativity
