Yummy Ham and Cheese Dip

• 23 cup mayonnaise (full fat version!)
• 1 12 cups deli ham
• chopped
• 12 cup shredded swiss cheese
• 12 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 tablespoon green pepper
• finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
• crackers and tortilla chips
• for dipping
