Ingredients
- 200 grams Cabbage
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 300 grams Ground combined beef and pork
- 1/2 Onion
- 100 ml Panko
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 Egg
- 1 dash of each Salt and pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 Flour and panko
- 1 Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Finely chop the onion, and microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W. Let cool.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Combine the ingredients from steps 1 and 2 with the ground meat, salt and pepper, and mix together very well.
- Wash and dry the cabbage and chop up rather coarsely.
- Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon of flour.
- Mix the cabbage and meat mixture together very well, and form into 8 round patties.
- Coat with flour, beaten egg and panko.
- Deep fry in 170C oil until golden brown.
