You Must Be Yolking Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- hard-boiled
- peeled
- 3 tablespoons low fat cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- chopped
- 12 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 dash salt (to taste)
- 1 dash pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lower fat mayonnaise
Instructions
- Chop the egg.
- Place all of the ingredients in a small bow.
- Combine all together.
- Keep in refrigerator.
