Yogurt W/ Tomato and Cucumber (Raita)
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 tomatoes
- diced
- 1 cucumber
- peeled and diced
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- fresh roasted and ground is best
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Mix well.
- Serve chilled.
