Yellow rice carrots with sausage

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 lb sausage
• 1 packages yellow rice dinner I used Vigo family sized one pound
• 1 lb baby carrots
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 quart boiling water

Instructions

1. In a pot boil carrots
2. Slice the sausage add to pot
3. Add rice after it has boiled 7 minutes covered
4. Boil till craters of bubbling water appear in the rice stir once cover remove from heat let sit 15 minutes undisturbed rice is still cooking
