Ingredients
- 1 slice Bread (I like the 1/2 inch thick kind)
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise (I use reduced calorie mayonnaise)
- 1 less than 1/4 teaspoon Yakisoba sauce granules (from a pack of yakisoba noodles)
- 20 grams Cabbage
- 1 slice Ham
- 1 dash Yakisoba sauce granules (from a pack of yakisoba noodles)
- 1 dash Aonori
- 1 dash Bonito flakes
- 1 dash Beni-shouga pickled ginger (optional)
- 1 slice Melting-type sliced cheese
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise and yakisoba sauce granules in a small bowl.
- Set aside.
- Chop up the cabbage and ham.
- Completely coat one side of the bread with the mixture from Step 1.
- Top the bread with the ham and cabbage, then top with the ingredients.
- Top with the sliced cheese and toast in a toaster oven.
