Ingredients

  • 23 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Agave
  • 2 eggs
  • 23 cup milk
  • 3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 34 teaspoon baking powder
  • 34 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix first 5 wet ingredients in blender on low.
  3. In a small bowl, blend together flour, baking powder & salt.
  4. Add flour mixture to blender and blend on low.
  5. Grease & flour a standard size bread pan.
  6. Add mixture to pan.
  7. Bake 60-70 minutes.
  8. Done test: clean toothpick in middle of loaf.
  9. Enjoy with your favorite topping!
