1/2 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1 pound Lean Ground Beef
90/10
1 pound Lean Ground Pork (90/10)
1 whole Egg
Beaten
1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
13 cups Parsley
Chopped
1 whole Small Onion
Chopped
18 teaspoons Nutmeg
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper
2 jars (24 Oz. Size) Your Favorite Marinara Sauce
1 pound Cooked Spaghetti

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with dressing mix.
Crumble beef and pork into very large bowl (you want room to work here).
Add seasoned breadcrumbs, beaten egg, cheese, parsley, onion, nutmeg, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper together with your hands until well-incorporated.
Form into twenty meatballs and place in a slow cooker.
Cover completely with sauce and cook on LOW for 68 hours.
(I cook mine for 8 hours.
This will produce fall-apart-at-the-touch meatballs, so be careful you dont create a Bolognese sauce by mistake!)
