Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 2 Green peppers
  • 1 pinch Shio-kombu
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 1/2 tbsp Shio-koji
  • 1 tsp Sake
  • 1 Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into thin diagonal slices, then into 1 cm strips.
  2. Finely julienne the peppers.
  3. Rub the shio-koji into the chicken.
  4. Add the ingredients and rub to flavor the chicken.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  6. Spread the chicken and cook over high heat until the edges turn white.
  7. Flip over, and brown both sides.
  8. Add the peppers and shio-konbu and stir fry quickly.
  9. Swirl in the sake and it's done!
