Wingko Babat
Ingredients
- 250 gram glutinous rice flour
- 1 whole fresh grated coconut
- 250 ml full cream milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon margarine
- melted
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and put in the margarine-coated baking pan.
- Bake until golden brown.
- I use electrical oven on maximum heat.
- Wait until it's cool before cutting it into squares.
