Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 1 1/2 cup fresh washed bluberries
Instructions
- in a blender or food processor puree 1/2 cup of the blueberries with the lemon juice.
- combine blueberries, sugar, water and cinnamon stick in medium saucepan.
- bring to a full boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
- add one cup blueberries and simmer for An additional 3 minutes.
- ( u can add more sugar here if needed)
- remove from heat and discard cinnamon stick.
- serve warm over pancakes

- I always add more sugar cuz I like it more sweet.
