Ingredients
- 250g minced chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 spring onions
- finely chopped
- 55g egg
- 85g packet 2-Minute noodles
- crushed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except noodles, shape mixture into walnut sized balls.
- Roll balls in crushed noodles.
- Place in a shallow foil lined baking dish, bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until noodles are golden brown and balls cooked through.
