Whole Wheat Yogurt Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. mixed flour (e.g.
- oat flour
- wheat flakes
- bran
- oat bran)
- 1 pt. buttermilk or possibly plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Place all dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add in yogurt and stir lightly.
- Place dough in well greased loaf pan.
- Oil a knife, cut a 1/2 inch deep groove down center of bread.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
