Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 12 ounces
  • weight Sharp Cheddar
  • 8 Tablespoons Chilled Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt

Instructions

  1. Dump all the ingredients in your food processor and run for 12 minutes or until everything forms a big dough ball.
  2. Easy!
  3. Pull out the dough ball, wrap it in plastic, and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool off.
  4. This will make it much easier to roll out.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Roll the dough out to about 1/8 thick on a floured surface.
  7. Cut out shapes with 1 to 2 cookie cutters (or just use a pizza cutter to score into 1 to 2 squares), then transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 1215 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
