Ingredients
- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 23 cup brown sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup instant oats
- 12 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons skim milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 apple
- 1 12 cups mashed bananas
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 14 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350F.
- Mix All Dry Ingredients in Large bowl.
- Mix All Wet Ingredients in Smaller Bowl.
- Slowly add Wet Ingredients to Dry.
- Mix in Chocolate Chips.
- Spoon into lined Muffin Tins until flush with pan.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
