White Turnips Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 or possibly 5 white turnips (raw)
- 3/4 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- minced
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. butter
Instructions
- Cut raw turnips in pcs and boil in water till tender.
- Fold in celery and onion and bouillon cube in the water.
- Pour over vegetables and cook till done.
- Add in butter, toss lightly.
- Serves 4.
