Ingredients
- 1- 1/2 cup Cashews
- Soaked For At Least 4 Hours And Drained
- 3 ounces
- weight Firm Tofu
- 13 cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 ounces
- fluid Whiskey
- 1/2 cups Pure Maple Syrup
- 3/4 cups Orange Juice
- 1 cup Cherry Jam
Instructions
- In a blender, blend together all the ingredients, except for the cherry jam.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a pan and swirl in the cherry jam.
- Freeze for at least 46 hours, or until firm.
