Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops ProScore 100)
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 8 ounces water
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free strawberry syrup (0 calorie syrup) or 1 tablespoon other sugar-free syrup (0 calorie syrup
- or raspberry sugar free syrup or peach sugar-free syrup)
- 3 -5 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- crunchy
Instructions
- Blend before adding peanut butter, then add the peanut butter and blend again till ice slivers.
- Note: (if you put in too many ice cubes, it will dilute the peanutty taste).
