Weight Watchers Pepper-Cheese Muffin
Ingredients
- 2 slices Canadian bacon
- 12 English muffin
- toasted
- 14 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 12 pepperoncini pepper
- slice
Instructions
- Heat skillet sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Add 2 slices bacon cook 1 minute per side.
- Top English muffin with the bacon, cottage cheese and pepperoncini, if using.
