Watermelon & Yogurt "Lassi"
Ingredients
- 450 g watermelon
- rind & seeds removed
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 4 leaves fresh mint or lemon basil (optional)
Instructions
- Cube the watermelon and put in blender or hand blender cup.
- Add mint/lemon basil if using and blend the watermelon.
- Add the yogurt and blend into the watermelon.
- Serve over ice cubes if needed.
- Or chill in refrigerator until later.
