Watermelon Mochaccino Cake

Ingredients

• 2 box cake mix of choice
• 1 strawberrys to garnish
• 1 shaved chocolate garnish
• 1 hershey kisses
• 2 box watermelon jolly rancher gelatin
• 1 pints heavy whipping cream
• 1 tbsp watermelon extract
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 box chocolate instant pudding
• 1 pints heavy cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp coffee extract
• 1/3 cup instant mocha coffee

Instructions

1. bake cakes as desired let cool
2. add your watermelon items to mixer whip till thickened set aside
3. add mocha items together as above set aside.
4. frost your cakes as desired..I used a piping bag for borders garnished as seen above.
5. Enjoy
6. needs to be refrigerated
