Ingredients
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 5 Asparagus
- 6 Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 dash Salt and black pepper
- 20 grams Pizza cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp Milk
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Slice the asparagus diagonally and cook through.
- (I splash some water over the asparagus and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes)
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and cook through (I microwave them for 3 minutes).
- Add the ingredients for the cheese dressing in a heatproof bowl and lightly cover with a plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
- Then microwave another 20 seconds.
- Plate the potatoes and asparagus and pour over the cheese sauce while it's still warm.
- Put the cherry tomatoes on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
