- BBQ Mango Relish

- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro

- 32 each scallions
- trimmed
- 4 tsp. canola oil
- 96 slices thinly sliced smoked ham
- 16 each bolillo rolls
- split
- 1 cup queso fresco
- crumbled
Instructions
- BBQ Mango Relish: Combine ingredients; set aside.
- Assembly: Brush scallions with oil.
- Grill on high heat 2 min.
- or until charred; set aside.
- Heat ham on grill or in microwave until warmed.
- Fill each roll with 6 ham slices, 2 scallions, 1/4 cup BBQ Mango Relish and 1 Tbsp.
