Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- seasoned as you wish
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion
- sliced
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; brown chops; season with salt and pepper or whatever seasoning you like.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Combine soup,ketchup and worcestershire sauce.
- Place sliced onions over chops.
- Pour soup mixture over chops.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
