Ingredients
- 2 slice Whole Wheat Bread
- 1/3 parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup egg white beaten frothy
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1 dash salt/pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Add bread & walnuts to blender & softly grind
- Add parmesean cheese, salt, pepper to blender & continue grind
- In separate dish, beat egg white to a froth & dip chicken pieces one by one
- Put breadcrumb mixture in separate dish & pat chicken down
- Heat oven skillet on med fire & add chicken pieces
- Brown chicken on one side, turn over & place oven skillet in pre-heated oven for 13 mins or until brown
