Ingredients
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces
- toasted
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
Instructions
- Coat chicken with flour, shaking off excess.
- Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 3 min.
- on each side.
- Add chicken broth, wine and lemon juice; mix well.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 12 to 15 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Serve over rice.
