- 12 apple
- cubed
- 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley or 1 tablespoon chives
- chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil or 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 lemon
- juice of
- 1 stick celery
- finely chopped
- black pepper
- solo salt
- mixed salad green (such as
- spinach
- rocket and watercress)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and serve with mixed salad leaves (such as spinach, rocket and watercress).
