walnut and herb rice
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp marjoram dried
- 1/4 tsp rosemary dried
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 3 cup cooked rice ( cooked in vegetable broth)
- 2 tsp parsley dried and chopped
- 1 kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- cook the onions carrots herbs in ghee till the vegetables are tender
- toast the walnuts in a pan add to vegetables add rice add kosher salt to taste
