Ingredients
- 375 grams unsalted whole cashew nuts
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to gas 5 / 190C / 375F and line a baking tray with foil
- Toss all the ingredients together on the tray and spread out into an even layer
- Roast for 10 - 12 minutes until golden
- Shake and let cool on the tray then serve
- Other seasonings work just as well.
- Try using paprika, garlic and basil, cajun spice etc
