Vickys CornFlowers for Kids, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
Ingredients
- 1 cob of corn
- 1 skewers or lolly sticks
Instructions
- Bring a pan of lightly salted water to the boil and add in the corn cob
- Turn down to a simmer and cook for 8 - 10 minutes until tender
- When done, cut the cob into discs 4 kernals wide.
- Depending on the size of cob you should get at least 7 discs if not more
- Insert a skewer or lolly stick into each disc
- My kids find this the easiest way to eat corn on the cob
