Ingredients

  • 1 cob of corn
  • 1 skewers or lolly sticks

Instructions

  1. Bring a pan of lightly salted water to the boil and add in the corn cob
  2. Turn down to a simmer and cook for 8 - 10 minutes until tender
  3. When done, cut the cob into discs 4 kernals wide.
  4. Depending on the size of cob you should get at least 7 discs if not more
  5. Insert a skewer or lolly stick into each disc
  6. My kids find this the easiest way to eat corn on the cob
