Ingredients

  • 900 grams chicken
  • cut into strips stir-fry size
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Vickys Soy-Free Soy Sauce from my profile
  • 4 clove garlic
  • finely chopped
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 oil for frying
  • 140 grams rice crumbs or flour

Instructions

  1. Mix together the wet ingredients plus the garlic & ginger to make a marinade
  2. Toss in the chicken strips and coat well.
  3. Cover and chill in the fridge for 2 - 4 hours
  4. Put the rice crumb / flour and pepper in a shallow dish
  5. Put a little oil in a frying pan and heat over a medium heat while you toss the marinated chicken strips in the seasoned flour
  6. Fry off for a few minutes until golden
  7. Serve over noodles, brown rice or some stir-fried vegetables
