Vermicelli Shrimp Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound vermicelli
- cooked and liquid removed
- 1 pound sm. cocktail shrimp
- 1 bottle (16 ounce.) Zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
Instructions
- Whisk together the dressing and mayonnaise till smooth.
- Add in shrimp, onion and parsley to the cooked vermicelli.
- Pour dressing over and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Chill up to 24 hrs.
- Toss again before serving.
