Venezuelan Asparagus Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 cups asparagus
- cooked and pureed
- 2 ounces onions
- grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- minced
- 12 drops hot pepper sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon chili powder
- pepper
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Serve in a bowl just as you would any guacamole.
