Ingredients

  • 6 baked potatoes (2 lb.)
  • cooled Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Shredded Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
  • 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon
  • crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONES or KNUDSEN Sour Cream", "2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
  3. Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells; cut crosswise in half.
  4. Discard removed centers or reserve for another use.
  5. Place shells, skin sides down, on baking sheet; brush with oil.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. or until golden brown.
  8. Remove potato shells from oven; turn over.
  9. Fill with VELVEETA and bacon; bake 5 min.
  10. or until VELVEETA is melted.
  11. Top with sour cream and onions.
