Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. cubed (1/2 inch size) Velveeta cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Dash of pepper
- Paprika
Instructions
- Heat butter in small saucepan.
- Remove from heat.
- Blend in flour till smooth.
- Gradually add in lowfat milk.
- Return to low heat, stirring constantly, till beginning to boil.
- Add in cubed cheese and continue to stir till cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Add in salt, sugar, and pepper.
- Pour over cooked vegetables just prior to serving.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
