  • 1 each onions medium
  • chopped
  • 1 each green bell peppers medium
  • chopped
  • 3 cups brown rice cooked
  • 2 each pinto beans 16 ounce cans
  • mexican style
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 6 x buns cornbread
  • or other rolls

Instructions

  1. Saute onions and green peppers until tender-crisp.
  2. Add rice, beans, and barbeque sauce.
  3. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve over your choice of rolls/bread.
