Ingredients
- 200 ml *Soy milk
- 200 ml *Water
- 1 *Consomme
- 1 tsp *Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp *Grated garlic
- 1 slice *Square cheese
- 1 *Broccoli
- 1 *Carrot
- 1 *Onion
- 1 to tatse *King oyster mushrooms
- 1 *Bacon
- 1 *Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pot.
- Add in the garlic.
- Stir fry all ingredients except for the cheese.
- Add in the water and consomme.
- Simmer until the vegetables are softened.
- Once the vegetables are softened, add in the soy milk and cheese.
- Season with the salt and pepper.
- Enjoy!
