Ingredients
- 1 large pita bread
- white or wholemeal
- 1 teaspoon VEGEMITE
- 1 KRAFT Singles
- Light n Tasty Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 30g chopped BBQ chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- KRAFT FREE Mayonnaise
- grated carrot
- lettuce leaves
Instructions
- SPREAD a strip of Vegemite down the centre of the bread.
- Break the cheese slice into 3 strips and place over the vegemite.
- Top with the chicken, a drizzle of mayonnaise, carrot and lettuce.
- ROLL the pita firmly to enclose the filling.
- Wrap in greaseproof paper to secure, then slice in half before placing in the lunchbox
