Ingredients
- 2/3 c. dry tomatoes
- 1 med. onion
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. Marsala wine
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 pound veal cutlets
- 1/2 pound spaghetti
Instructions
- Lightly brown veal cutlets.
- Set aside.
- Saute/fry onions and garlic till soft.
- Add in tomatoes, seasonings, water and wine.
- Simmer 15 min while spaghetti is cooking.
- Add in mushrooms and veal.
- Cook a few min more.
