Vada (Rice flour puri)
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 12 cup wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- salt
Instructions
- Mix all the above together and knead the dough with water (preferably with coconut water).
- Make small vadas (the size of small puris), by patting on your palm.
- Deep fry, drain excess oil and serve hot with your favourite vegetable curry.
