Ingredients
- 2 Brown Bags
- 1 Turkey 14 lbs <anysize>
- 2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 No Salt or anything containg Salt because will dry out turkey <I.e. butter ect.>
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Mix together oil, garlic, and pepper and set aside
- Prep Turkey
- Massage the oil mixture on the turkey
- Place in brown bag upside down and close end, then place that bag into the other Brown bag and close end.
- Place upside down Turkey into roasting pan and place ON THE MIDDLE RACK
- Cook 12-15 minutes per pound
